Our History
Wilken Aviation was formed in 1962 as an air charter business based in Nairobi, Kenya, known then as Wilken Air. Wilken became the first Company to operate international passenger scheduled flights in Kenya. In 1970, the Shareholders Keith Savage and Bruce Mckenzie divided the company into two and sold Wilken Air to Cooper Motors Limited (CMC Aviation), now DAC Aviation.
Our Story
Westwind Aviation Limited is a subsidiary of the Wilken Group which was founded in 1962 as an air charter business based in Wilson Airport, Nairobi, Kenya with its main operations in Africa, Europe and the Middle East where it operates various types and sizes of aircraft, assets and crew.
